Orders and payment
Which currencies can I pay in?
You can shop and pay in US dollars (USD), euros (EUR), pounds sterling (GBP) or Canadian dollars (CAD). Choose your currency from the globe icon at the top of the page. Prices are set in US dollars and converted using European Central Bank reference rates, updated daily. The total you pay is shown in your chosen currency before you confirm your order.
How do I pay?
The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it has been dispatched. Email support@rovelyn.shop with your order number as soon as possible. After dispatch, you can return the piece under our returns policy.
Do you offer discount codes?
From time to time we may. Any code is subject to the conditions shown with it and the promotions section of our Terms of service.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
To the United Kingdom, all European Union countries, the United States and Canada. Orders are dispatched from the West Midlands, UK, within 1–3 business days, with tracking.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs and times are listed in our Shipping policy and shown at checkout before you pay.
Will I pay import duties?
For deliveries outside the UK, your country may charge import duties, taxes or a carrier handling fee on arrival. These are not included in our prices or delivery charge, and are paid by the recipient. See the Shipping policy for details.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
You can return unworn pieces with their tags within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. See Returns & refunds.
Do you offer exchanges?
To get a different size or style, return the original for a refund and place a new order. This is the quickest way to make sure the piece you want is reserved for you.
The pieces
Are these clothes made for riding?
No. Our designs are inspired by equestrian clothing, but they are everyday fashion. They are not riding wear, safety equipment or protective clothing, and should not be used as such.
What are the pieces made of?
Each product page describes the fabric’s weave and feel, the lining and the care. The fibre composition is printed on the care label sewn into every garment. If you need to know the composition before ordering, email us and we will tell you.
Do the photos show the exact product?
Our photographs show each design, its construction and its colour. Colour can look slightly different on different screens, and the styling pieces worn with a product are not included unless the product description says so.
How do I find my size?
Use our Size guide and the garment measurements on each product page, or email us for advice.

Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest, or create an account to see your order history.
How do you use my personal data?
