Terms of service

Last updated 26 September 2026

These terms apply to every order placed on rovelyn.shop. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

rovelyn.shop is operated by REVOLVE CLOTHING LIMITED, trading as ROVELYN, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company number and registered office address are listed on our Legal information page. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean REVOLVE CLOTHING LIMITED; “you” means the person buying from us. You can contact us at support@rovelyn.shop or +44 7877 740352.

2. Definitions

  • Order: your request to buy products from us, placed through the checkout.
  • Contract: the agreement between you and us for the sale of products, formed as described in section 4.
  • Consumer: an individual buying wholly or mainly for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
  • Business day: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England.

3. Our products

We sell ready-to-wear womenswear and accessories under the ROVELYN brand. Our products are fashion items. They are not riding equipment, safety equipment or protective clothing and must not be used as such. We describe each product as accurately as we can, including its fabric, measurements, closure and care. Photographs show the design, construction and colour; colours may look slightly different on different screens, and measurements may vary by up to 1 cm. Items shown with a product for styling are not included unless the description says so.

4. Placing an order and forming the contract

You can order as a guest or with an account. After you place an order, we email you an order confirmation; this is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error or if we cannot verify the payment; if we do, we will tell you and will not charge you (or will refund you in full).

5. Prices and currency

Prices are set in US dollars. You can choose to see prices and pay in US dollars (USD), euros (EUR), pounds sterling (GBP) or Canadian dollars (CAD); converted prices are calculated from European Central Bank reference rates, updated daily, and rounded. The price, the delivery charge and the total are shown in your chosen currency before you pay, and that is the amount you are charged. Your bank may apply its own conversion fees if your card is in another currency. Prices do not include import duties or taxes charged by countries outside the UK (see our Shipping policy). If we find an obvious error in a price, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel.

6. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, using one of the methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, in line with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We do not see or store your full card number.

7. Delivery

We deliver to the countries, within the times and for the charges set out in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

8. Returns, cancellation and refunds

You can return unworn items with tags within 30 days of delivery. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Both are explained, with a model cancellation form, in our Returns & refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Faulty goods

We are required to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it as set out in our returns policy and as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the law of your country.

10. Promotions and discount codes

From time to time we may offer promotions or discount codes. Each promotion is subject to the conditions published with it, such as its start and end dates, eligible products and any minimum spend. Unless stated otherwise: one code may be used per order; codes cannot be exchanged for cash, applied to delivery charges or applied to past orders; and if you return part of a discounted order, the refund reflects the discount actually applied. We may withdraw a promotion at any time, but not for orders already placed.

11. Export and legal restrictions

We sell to consumers in the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States and Canada, and only deliver to those countries. We do not sell to persons or destinations subject to UK, EU, US or UN sanctions. Products are sold for personal use and not for resale. You are responsible for complying with the import rules of your country and for any import duties and taxes due.

12. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently or in breach of these terms. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.

13. Use of the website

All text, photographs, designs and logos on this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our permission. You must not misuse the website, for example by introducing malicious code or attempting to gain unauthorised access.

14. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

15. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather or strikes. If such an event affects your order, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.

16. Personal data

We use your personal data as described in our Privacy policy and Cookie policy.

17. Complaints and disputes

If you are unhappy, please contact us first at support@rovelyn.shop; we aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. If you have raised a payment dispute or chargeback, we will cooperate with your card issuer or payment provider and provide our order and delivery records.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law or in how we operate. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you placed it. We show the date of the last update at the top of this page.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
